Young Geomorphology Meeting 2026

The German Young Geomorphology invite all interested young researchers in geomorphology and related fields to join the International Young Geomorphology Meeting 2026

in the „Wanderclub Edelweiss“ Rodgau-Dudenhofen (near Frankfurt am Main), Germany
25th-28th June 2026

Since 2007, the German Young Geomorphology organize annual workshops in order to support networking amongst early career geomorphology enthusiasts. The meetings provide a platform for open discussions on a wide range of problems that might have emerged within a particular research project.

The meeting will provide an ideal opportunity to present your current work, discuss problems and receive constructive feedback! We want to highlight our interest in solving problems that occur during the empirical or writing period of your research. The meeting will be held in English and will provide an ideal opportunity to present your current work, discuss problems and receive constructive feedback.

What you can expect:

  • Oral or poster presentations of your research projects with fruitful discussions
